All three land in the same attendance record, so it doesn't matter how your team is spread across sites, vans or venues.

It removes the two ways it usually happens. GPS clock-in only works inside the geofence around your workplace (typically 50–100 metres, adjustable per site), so nobody clocks in from the car park at home. And on a kiosk, optional facial recognition confirms that the person entering the PIN is the person it belongs to.

Australian employers are generally required to keep time and wages records for seven years. RosterMates keeps a digital, timestamped record of every clock-in, clock-out and approved timesheet, tied to the rostered shift — searchable and exportable whenever you need to look back.
