Create the event
Click or drag across the month view to block out the dates. Name it, colour it, done — it's now visible at a glance among everything else.
Configure each day
Open the event and work through the per-day tabs: gates, bars, stages, cloakrooms — each area gets positions, times and a headcount.
Assign or open for bidding
Drag staff onto slots, or publish positions for bidding. Applications come in from the app, you confirm, and overflow queues on the waitlist.
