How much do I earn?
20% of the subscription fees RosterMate actually receives from each client you refer, excluding GST, for as long as they remain a customer. The dashboard shows the exact amount per customer and per payment.
Do I have to sell or demo the product?
No. You recommend RosterMate; our team handles the sales conversation, demos, trial setup, onboarding and ongoing support.
How is a referral tracked?
Through your referral link (a first-party cookie remembers the visitor for 180 days), through the "Introduce us to a lead" form, or by our team crediting a lead to you manually. Once a client is marked Won they show under your customers and commission starts accruing.
How and when am I paid?
By bank transfer to the account you nominate in your dashboard. Payout timing and any minimum balance are set out in the partner agreement.
What if a client I referred isn't showing as my referral?
Use Missing referral credit in your dashboard. Tell us the business and contact and we'll check our records and credit it where it lines up.
Does it cost anything?
No. The partner program is free and doesn't require a RosterMate subscription.
