Places per session
Twelve mats, eight bikes, six seats at the bench. The class takes bookings until it's full and then quietly hides the time.
Book by instructor
Students choose their teacher or take “no preference”. Each instructor is booked separately, so two classes can run at once in two rooms.
Timetable-style start times
Run classes on a fixed grid, every 30 or 60 minutes, with a gap between them for the room to clear. Early-morning and evening hours per day.
Fewer empty mats
Reminders before every session, and a cancel link that frees the place for the next person instead of leaving it empty.
Online classes too
Mark a class as video and every booking gets your Zoom link or a unique Google Meet link, in the confirmation and the calendar invite.
