Add services and hours
Name each thing people can book, how long it takes and what it costs. Tick the days you're open. Pick a theme so it matches your brand. The preview updates as you go.
Share the link or paste the widget
Put the link in your website menu, Google Business Profile or Instagram bio. Or paste one short snippet into your site and the booking calendar appears right there.

Services and add-ons
Each service has its own length, a price to show and a description. Add-ons like “toner, +20 min” are ticked after the main service and the time and price add up.
Book by staff member
Let customers choose who they see, or “no preference”. Each person is their own diary, so two customers can book the same time with different people.
Classes with capacity
Set how many places share one time. A yoga class with twelve spots fills seat by seat and closes itself when it's full.
Opening hours and booking rules
Set the days and hours you take bookings, how much notice you need, how far ahead people can book, and a gap between bookings for clean-up or travel.
Reminders, reschedules, cancellations
Customers get a confirmation with a calendar invite, a reminder before the appointment, and a link to move or cancel themselves. You get an email for every change.
In person, video or phone
Each service says how it happens. Video services carry your own link or a unique Google Meet link per booking; phone services make the number required and tell the customer you'll call.
